Great Costumer services

Great Costumer services

We experienced excellent costumer service by this company .in Kathmandu there are tons of adventure companies to choose but it can be hard to differentiate but we did this one certainly. The trip was incredible and at any moment if I needed to contact Keshab he would reply almost immediately. the agency was very friendly and patient, provided us with a lot of great information and ideas and together we planned a trek tailored to our specific needs (including scheduling specific rest days and places during the trek). The Guide and porter provided to us by the agency, they were accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. He even had suggestions to make our trip more enjoyable and easier for us. I highly recommend this agency thank for you’re all helped for our dream to succeed Everest Base Camp Trekking.

Highly recommend Index Adventure

Highly recommend Index Adventure

I highly recommend Index adventure as a trekking company. I have poise that their experienced guides would improve the enjoyment and safety of any trek which they provide service. During the trek planning, I had many questions to keshab .he was always enormously patient, responsive and helpful. From the since we arrive in Kathmandu airport index adventure were very accommodating about airport pickups. They made it as easy for us as it possibly could be. In the trek they provide us rental gear (down jackets, sleeping bags, duffel bags etc) was excellent quality. We save some our budget too. The food and accommodation was much better quality than we had expected. Typical dishes were veg fried rice/noodles/pasta or potatoes, veg and egg. Meat was available but not recommended during the trek it was bad taste. Our guide madan was super brilliant. He was serious about our safety and our health and hi is joker very funny and great company.

I would not hesitate to recommend Index Adventure for any trek. I will definitely use Index adventure for a future trek in Nepal.

Awesome experience with Index Adventure

Awesome experience with Index Adventure

I choose Index Adventure because I have multiple friends that used this company and recommended them. So far they have best customer service. The manager you will message with from abroad was super organized and replied within 24 hours. Weldon arranged me with those things transportation, flight and trekking gears with each issue that arises. Keshab and his crew were not just there but helped with sympathy and fear made what could have been a true nightmare, especially in my weakened condition, a manageable situation. Our guide sudip was super professional and knew everything about the Everest regions.

How much should I tip my guide and porter?

Tips are appreciated by your support team after the trip. The amount depends on your budget and appreciation of their work. Some trekkers give 10% of the total tour cost as tips. This is absolutely your choice, make the best of it. Only you can decide this.
