Day 1:  Kathmandu to Pokhara

Travel from the busy metropolis of Kathmandu to the tranquil lakeside city of Pokhara, regarded as the entrance to the majestic Annapurna range. Leave the bustling city of Kathmandu behind and travel to the lovely scenery of Pokhara. When you arrive in Pokhara, you immediately feel at ease. Check into your hotel, where you will find comfort and relaxation. Have an easy walk around the captivating lakeside area as the sun begins to set.

Day 2: Pokhara to Jomsom to Kagbeni

Adding on your Upper Mustang trek, take a scenic flight from Kathmandu to Pokhara, a beautiful city surrounded by stunning mountain vistas and peaceful lakes. From Pokhara, catch a mesmerizing flight to Jomsom, which is a gateway to the Mustang region. As you land in Jomsom, the panoramic views of the Nilgiri and Dhaulagiri mountains will make you awe-inspired. The Upper Mustang trek begins from depart Jomsom on a picturesque path toward Kagbeni. Day 3: Kagbeni to Chele

Day 4: Trek from Chele to Syanboche

Day 6: Trek from Ghami to Charang

Set off from Ghami on a 4-5 hour walk to Charang. Visit Ghar Gompa, an ancient monastery filled with fascinating murals and statues. When you get to Charang, you'll find a fortress-like monastery with stunning views of the surrounding mountains.

Day 7: Trek from Charang to Lo Manthang

You will journey for 5-6 hours from Charang to the magnificent city of Lo Manthang, the capital of Mustang. The trail takes you via the Lo La pass, which is 3,950 meters above sea level and provides stunning views over the Mustang area. As you approach the walled city of Lo Manthang, you'll be taken back in time, with historic monasteries, complicated mud-brick homes, and a rich cultural legacy that has been preserved for centuries.

Day 8: Explore Lo Manthang

Learn about the city's rich history by touring the royal palace, which boasts superb art and architecture. Explore the historic monasteries that dot the landscape, being immersed in the spiritual environment and learning about Tibetan Buddhism.

Day 9: Trek back to Ghami

The path offers a new viewpoint, allowing you to experience the environment and activities from a different angle. Farewell to the fascinating city of Lo Manthang, recalling the memories and friendships acquired along the way.

Day 10: Trek from Ghami to Samar

Continue your descent as you go from Ghami to Samar. The picturesque Yamdo La pass, which gives panoramic views of the Mustang region, is reached after a 4-5 hour climb. Arrive in Samar, a small village with traditional Mustang homes, and relax in the calm and quiet.

Day 11: Trek from Samar to Chhusang

A trek takes around 5-6 hours from Samar to Chhusang. On your return to the Chhusang, you will get a chance to get a view of the beautiful villages on the way. Then there will be an overnight stay in the Chhusang village.

Day 12: Trek from Chhusang to Muktinath

On the 12th day, you will go ahead on a trekking journey of 5-6 hours, ascending from Chhusang to Muktinath, which will you take you into a religious realm of sacred pilgrimage sites for Hindus and Buddhists. There you can visit the holy temple of Muktinath and the Muktinath area, which will be your spot for the overnight stay.

Day 13: Trek from Samar to Jomsom

Enjoy your final moments in this magical destination as you travel the route, absorbing the atmosphere of the Mustang region. Arrive at Jomsom, where you may celebrate the conclusion of your walk and reflect on the incredible experiences and memories you made along the route.

Day 14: Fly back to Pokhara from Jomsom

As you board an early morning flight from Jomsom to Pokhara, bid farewell to the Mustang area. On reaching Pokhara, you can get to your hotel, and relax for a while. And if you have the energy left in you, you can stroll around the Lakeside area and explore the hustling bustling city of Pokhara. And here, it will be your last stay point before you get to Kathmandu.  

Day 15: Fly back from Pokhara to Kathmandu

Take a journey back to Kathmandu from Pokhara, where you may recuperate and reflect on your incredible experience. Spend the evening walking through Kathmandu's lively streets, sampling local cuisine, and shopping for gifts.
