The 6 days of Yoga Trek around Kathmandu bestows you with the practice of yoga twice a day in various serene vicinity alongside sightseeing at Kathmandu valley. You will be practicing yoga relishing the positive and energetic vibes of Swayambhunath and Boudhanath. Later, accompanied by the spectacular mountain vistas in Chisapani, stunning dawn in Nagarkot, and the fairly serene condition of Changunarayan you will be rehearsing yoga in the tranquil surrounding. The major highlights of the trek are Kathmandu sightseeing, yoga practice in tranquil surroundings, alluring landscapes, spectacular mountain views and exploration of Buddhist sanctuaries.

  • Day 1: Arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) Kathmandu.

    After your arrival in TIA, Kathmandu, we will welcome you with our warmest greetings. Our representative will take you to your hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

    • Day 2: Morning Yoga, Kathmandu Valley Sightseeing, and Evening Yoga.

      You perform the morning yoga on the hill of the peaceful Swayambhunath as you watch Kathmandu city rise. After your yoga, you head for sightseeing in Kathmandu city which includes Kathmandu Durbar Square and Pashupatinath temple. For evening yoga, you will head on to Boudhanath stupa and perform yoga in its premises. After that, you will be back at the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

      • Day 3: Morning Yoga, Drive to Sundarijal, Hike to Chisopani, and Evening Yoga.

        Early morning, you head to Sundarijal past Boudha. You will practice yoga in the lap of nature as you listen to the waterfall swooshing away. You will have lunch in Mulkharka, and walk for 4-5 hours until you reach Chisapani. You will practice the evening yoga in Chisapani while gazing at the glorious mountain ranges in the backdrop. Overnight in Chisapani.

        • Day 4: Morning yoga, Hike to Nagarkot, and Evening Yoga.

          After you wake up call by the chirping of birds, you will perform yoga with the nature of Chisapani. Then, you hike to Nagarkot gives you a panoramic view of the mountain ranges. Upon reaching Nagarkot, you will perform your evening yoga amid the cool breeze blowing on top of the hill. Overnight in Nagarkot.

          • Day 5: Morning Yoga, Hike to Changunarayan, and Evening yoga.

            You perform the morning yoga as you watch the famous sunrise in Nagarkot, then hike your way down to the holy Changunarayan temple, the oldest temple in Kathmandu. After you reach Changunarayan temple, you will perform your final evening yoga there. From there, you will come back to your hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

            • Day 6: Departure.

              Today, you head back to your further destinations. We take you to the Airport for your departure.
