Once you have decided to be on Everest Base Camp Trek, one of the challenging tasks is preparing the trek itself.

To pack, you have got to know what's important and what to stop for the trek. You just want to pack everything you like. You don't want to overpack or underpack it yet.

Hat

Gaiters

Sleeping Bag

All the tea houses carry blankets for you. Sleeping bags are important for fast warming up and having a good night's sleep.   • Try your hiking boots still with the hiking socks on. Put on both hiking and thermal socks for December.
  • Oxygen saturations should be closely tracked below 80%. When it goes below 70%, you will go down instantly. When possible check with your doctor's guide or hike.
